Shipping and Return Policy

ACUCARE SYSTEMS (M) SDN BHD SUPPLY RETURN POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS

At Acucare Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, our main goal is to make certain that you receive the suitable product. However, for any reason you may select a product that does not meet your needs. In order avoid needless returns, please consult with an Acucare Systems representative before placing an order. Should you need to return an item, please carefully read the below restrictions and contact us for a Return Authorization Request form.

Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund as long as they meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned in the original packaging at the client’s expense.
  2. The item must be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty – etc.
  3. In store purchases: All items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase (unused). Receipt must be presented in order to return for refund or exchange.
  4. Online Orders: A Return Authorization Request form must be obtained from Acucare Systems (M) Sdn Bhd within 14 days of delivery.
  5. To receive a refund or replacement, the item must be returned to Acucare Systems (M) Sdn Bhd within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization Request form.

Non-Returnable products:
  1. Any open box items.
  2. All consumable items.

PLEASE NOTE: Items without an RA number will not be valid for refund, replacement, or credit of any type.

Return Shipment:
Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless Acucare Systems (M) Sdn Bhd made an error. Carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. In case an item is returned to the wrong address, Acucare Systems (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location. To protect the returned items, we extremely recommend insuring the items against shipping loss or damage.

Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. Client must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Credits:
Once your return is received, Acucare Systems (M) Sdn Bhd will issue a credit for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to post. If you paid by cash, check, or money order, we will issue a check to the billing address or shipping address on file within 14 days.

If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please immediately call or email us at: 03-5637 2828 or info@acucare.com.my. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced, or refunded.
